# Dated note beside the finding of 4 September 2026 — issued 21 September 2026: the digits, and the word

The finding of 4 September 2026, *KS-30.4's between-family limb, enumerated*, is frozen and stands beside this note unchanged, with its script, `verify_between_family.py`.

## 1. What stands

The arithmetic stands, both legs, exactly as the finding and the script print it.

**Leg A.** 2,971 formulas of five tokens or fewer, built from the integers 1 to 30, π and the four operations, reach the proton-to-electron ratio at least as accurately as the work's first-order formula, and fifteen reach the measurement's own eleven-digit bar at order α.

**Leg B.** Across the integers 14 to 28, exactly one — 21 — carries the proton, gravity and the visible share of the universe at once. Each of the 2,971 formulas is a fixed number, with no integer in it to carry to a second measurement.

## 2. What is withdrawn

The finding's sentence *"Any presentation of this corpus that leads with the eleven digits is misleading, and should stop"*, and the same sentence in the verdict the script prints, are withdrawn by the author.

The sentence judged a presentation, not a result, and it read as though the digits had been put forward to mislead. They were put forward as a result. A number reached by counting is not made misleading because a search can also reach it. That is a property of searches, which can always hit one number. It is not a property of the count. Leg A shows what one number cannot do on its own, for anyone. It says nothing about how this one was reached.

## 3. What replaces it

The digits are never the lead — not because leading with them misleads, but because they are not where the work starts.

The work starts from one record exists, and counts: four conditions, six readings, three dimensions, read now. 6 × 3 + 3 = 21, before any measured value enters. The claim is the count and what it carries: one integer, three unrelated measurements, three functional forms.
