# Dated note beside AP43 §9 — 24 September 2026

24 September 2026. **D-ID.1 is closed.**

AP43 §9 named a debt: the formal topological derivation of the one interior. The author, 24
September 2026, on the line that said it was still owed:

> there is one reality, one record history, one now; if it was not the case, records do not agree.
> That is not how the world works. Records agree — there is one reality.

The ruling. Nothing is outstanding. The one interior is the floor, performed as the axiom is: a
record made at one window is read at another, and the denial uses it. AP51 §2 derives it at the
structural register from what is already on the record — awareness as coupling capacity (AP29),
coupling forced (AP50 §5), the hourglass one. What is performed is not formalised before it stands;
a formalisation of what the denial itself uses is not a debt of the work.

What this does not touch. **AP43-D1** (the relativistic field equation of the gravity of
possibilities, §7) and **AP43-D4** (the qualitative character of awareness — why a capacity to
couple is experienced at all, §9) stay open, untouched, and are listed as open in the registry's
debts table and on Ø Proofs.

**KS-ID.1** stays LIVE and fires on one thing: a second neck, a sequence of writing that cannot be
brought into the one. Its register now reads `LIVE — STRUCTURAL (D-ID.1 closed at the structural
register, 24 September 2026)` rather than `LIVE — DEBT`, because the debt it named is closed and the
row would otherwise have told a reader that something was owed which is not. The condition, the
test and the neighbours are unchanged.
