# Republish AP44 — The Snap — FINAL v1.0 · dated notes 11 September 2026

The locked body is untouched. The notes are appended under a Dated notes heading, after the section that closes the argument. Verified after the build: the source of record placed beside this note reproduces the new PDF paragraph for paragraph, **every body sentence of the paper as published before these notes were appended is present in the new PDF** — 0 lost, checked sentence by sentence with running heads, page numbers and Contents stripped — and each of the 16 Contents entries names the page its heading prints on.

## The ornament

The republish removes **one U+2728 (SPARKLES)** that stood alone on its own line at the end of the Artist's Note, immediately before the `the420code.org / Copyleft 2026` colophon — the same ornament, in the same place, that AP28's republish of 7 September 2026 removed. It carried no meaning, and D75 rules no decorative glyph anywhere. Removing it is dress: no word of the body changed. It is recorded in the paper as dated note 6.

## The published files, all kept

*Beside, never replaced* applies to the rendered PDF as well as the text.

## The notes, for the record

> 11 September 2026. Six matters of record: five from the four papers locked this day (AP50–AP53), and one of dress. None alters the body above.
>
> 1. §2, Proposition 1: the premise is supplied. The break is the first record; grains pass one per click; the order is total and well-founded (AP50 §9).
>
> 2. §5 and §0.6: the value of ε moves from SELECTED AMONG STRUCTURAL CANDIDATES to READ BY RULE, three instances (AP50 §6). D-CCC.4 is closed on the rule; two instances meet it; the author: once would have been enough.
>
> 3. §5: the quotient’s ground is restated as the leak booked against what is held (AP50 §7). The form is unchanged.
>
> 4. §7, Proposition 6, and KS-CCC.6: from extension to rule (AP50 §8). The coupling to KS-R.9 is released.
>
> 5. KS-CCC.1 is sharpened, as the Master Kill Switch Registry v5.31 prints it.
>
> 6. The republish of this paper removes one decorative character from the Artist’s Note (U+2728), a matter of dress, recorded here and in the republish note.

Ruled at the author's word, 11 September 2026 (`05_Dated_notes.md`, the wave of the four).

*A locked body is never edited, replaced or removed — corrections go beside it by dated note. A lemma that must be rewritten becomes v2.0 with v1.0 kept beside it.*
