# Freeze Register — AP45 The Blink · AP46 The Stretch

**The 420 Code · Studio G · 2 September 2026 · for the independent verifier's anchor**

This register lists what is frozen at this date: every claim, stance, switch and closure the two locked papers commit to, with its test and its recovery, so that anything that later changes is visible as a change. The papers are the claims; this page is the index. Publication follows at the wave, after AP48, in one update; nothing here alters between now and then except by dated supersession, retained in the open.

## AP45 — The Blink (FINAL v1.7, md f4453adb…, docx 4f67aa3e…; LOCKED at composite 9.0, ceiling declared)

**Theorem 1 (the toll).** Every actualization is one singular blink; its cost on the possibility ledger exists and is exactly one grain of distinction, α-worth, spent as the pruning of the alternatives not taken, regardless of how many there were. DERIVED-AT-THE-STRUCTURAL-REGISTER (existence on Lemmas 1–2; exactness on §3's singularity; formal statement owed as D-BLINK.1 with D-CCC.1).

**The denomination (§5).** α, by two jurisdictions and by elimination: "α is not chosen. It is what remains." The energy face is ordinary and unchanged — no budget owes a line; the possibility face is where the toll lives.

**The Born identification (§7).** The Born statistics are the possibility ledger's outside face. An identification, not a prediction; no deviation claimed anywhere.

**The one axis (§6).** On the eighteen faces the closing partition and the balance partition coincide: one axis, two names — who grips, who holds. Ruled at its strongest reading on the eighteen; the gates carried as their own class.

**Proposition 1 (§9).** The corpus's three registers of the ε are three lines of one ledger — HELD (one, the splinter), SHED (one flow-quantum per instant per held lineage; the line that integrates), RATE (1/137, the flow, the currency) — and the per-event toll is on none of them. D5 CLOSED at the wave on AP44, AP45, AP46, seat AP06 §6.

**The corpses, shown.** KS-NPP.1, fired 2 August 2026 at 7.24σ, standing; the additional-energy reading of 16 August, dead at 4.8 × 10⁹ and 8.1 × 10⁵ over hashed ceilings (cb77b354…, fixed eighteen seconds before the number).

**Switches armed at this lock.** KS-BLINK.1 the balanced break (LIVE — STRUCTURAL; fires if D-CCC.1's algebra permits balanced breaks; recovery: Theorem 1's existence clause falls). KS-BLINK.2 the Born identification (LIVE — STRUCTURAL, nature-facing by inheritance of AP25's KS-56 and AP01's KS-V.3 — one test, two entries; recovery: the identification retires, the toll stands unpriced). KS-BLINK.3 the dimension label (LIVE — METHODOLOGICAL; binds the claim, not a person). KS-BLINK.4 the grain count (LIVE — STRUCTURAL; fires if the formalism forces per-alternative pricing). Registry status: four new entries and one status update (KS-NPP.1, LIVE → FIRED) at the post-AP48 build.

**Refused.** Any new term in any energy budget at any size; any probability deviation; α's value; any repair of anything fired; any magnitude for the per-instant shed.

## AP46 — The Stretch (FINAL v1.5, md b1102a43…, docx 716d9254…; LOCKED at composite 9.0, ceiling declared)

**The mechanism (§§3–4).** Holding is tension, and tension sheds; the shed is the stretching itself — the leak is the getting-bigger; no centre, no substance, direction fixed by the axiom's plus sign. RULED in the author's words.

**The rate's structure (§§5–6).** The tick is the electron's own time — the reduced Compton time, a named ruling (the unreduced would give 86.9 Gyr). One escape per α⁻¹⁸ ticks through the eighteen faces; the gates do not bleed; duty eighteen twenty-firsts.

**The stance (§8), FROZEN.** The settled leak's own fractional rate is a constant of structure — intrinsic w = −1. The observed w_eff is carried by AP42's sourced reservoir (phantom in the past, wₐ < 0; KS-42.4 untouched) and by the unfinished settling tail (w > −1 late; AP48's). The leak is exactly −1 only in the settled limit.

**The cycle (§9), FROZEN as the author's claim.** (21/18)·α⁻¹⁸·τ_C = 13.830 Gyr, with CODATA-2022 α and mₑ, against Planck 2018's 13.787 ± 0.020 (TT,TE,EE+lowE+lensing+BAO; +0.31%; +0.24% against the Planck-alone 13.797 ± 0.023). No fitted parameters; three structural choices, each ruled and named (the eighteen, the twenty-one over eighteen, the reduced tick). Provenance in the order it happened, hashed: the eighteen and the gates fixed in WP-BUMP.7 FINAL (186b0bf2…, 16 August) before the session; the twenty-one and AP42's clock fenced in WP-COST.1 FINAL (4f7a1c6a…, 11 August); the 0.86 shortfall, its refusal, and the duty cycle's entry into the chain recorded in AP46 v0.1 (5391d96f…, 17 August, early morning) within hours. Width, fixed at this lock from the chain's own atom: one lane-time, 0.66 Gyr, either side of the cycle — the window 13.17 to 14.49 Gyr. The measured age sits 0.04 inside.

**H₀, REFUSED — and the seam, FROZEN with its numbers.** Read as a rate the chain would give ≈ 70.7 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹; the paper does not claim it. KS-45.1 (H₀ = 74.3 ± 1.2) owns H₀. Under flat ΛCDM (Ω_m = 0.315) the age at 67.4 is 13.80 Gyr and at 74.3 it is 12.52 — two lane-times below the cycle. The corpus holds both a high H₀ and a one-cycle age; the standard history says they cannot both be true; the corpus's stance is that both are right and the age–H₀ relation is not the standard one. AP48 derives that relation (D-STRETCH.1, load-bearing) or one edge of the family fires: KS-45.1 or KS-STRETCH.3.

**The clock joint (§7).** Six lane-times of the same twenty-one is AP42's τ = (6/21)·t_H (KS-42.3 the formula; KS-42.6 the empirical limb). Consistent by construction with the cycle; one corroboration, counted once. The order on the night, as v0.1 recorded it: three counts run, the locked clock adjudicated, the author's first instinct overruled mid-commission, the ruling that fixed twenty-one (gravity holds all channels) prior.

**D5's cosmological limb (§10), PAID.** AP21's tension field, AP42's reservoir and the leakage register are one hold read three ways; the expansion is the shed of holding the One. The arena-blink identification — the Snap, the Blink, the Stretch, one event at three scales — carried as canon.

**Switches.** KS-STRETCH.1 the clock joint (LIVE; fires with AP42's KS-42.3/42.6). KS-STRETCH.2 the stance (LIVE — EMPIRICAL on its wrong-way edge with KS-42.4: fires if w evolves increasingly phantom at late times; STRUCTURAL on its drift clause). KS-STRETCH.3 the age chain (LIVE — STRUCTURAL and EMPIRICAL: fires if the age, as the data settle it, differs from one cycle by more than one lane-time, 0.66 Gyr, either way; an early-dark-energy age near 12.9 fires it; the corpus's own H₀ under the standard history fires it — D-STRETCH.1 is load-bearing). KS-STRETCH.4 the era surface (REGISTERED for AP48: the storm's tail must reproduce a ∝ t^½, a ∝ t^⅔, the transition, BBN and the relic glow, or AP48 dies and AP46's standing stays docked).

## Instruments frozen with the papers

D-CCC.4 Closure Note (md 738f936d…): the family's ε = α_em, SELECTED → DERIVED, on AP45 §5 and the arena-blink identification; no digit moves; KS-CCC.1 untouched. WP-ROAD.1 v1.2 Erratum 1 (12d281e9…) and its Withdrawal (beafcc9e…): the ROAD's AP45 v0.3 line was right; the author's archive contains v0.3 (658402ef…).
