# Dated note beside AP46 The Stretch (FINAL v1.5, md 8e58d9fc…) — issued 4 September 2026 on the lock of AP48

AP48 The Assembly (FINAL v1.1, locked 4 September 2026) derives the settling law AP46 deferred (D-STRETCH.1) and closes the H₀ seam AP46 §9 opened — by adjudication: the age survives, the corpus’s previous rate of 74.3 does not, and KS-45.1 fires as AP46 §9 pre-registered. Four sentences of AP46 are superseded by this note; the landing — 13.830 Gyr, +0.31% — is untouched, and no digit changes.

1. **§5** — “H·τ = ℓ — the growth per tick equals the leak per tick,” read as the settled rate. Re-read: the α¹⁸ chain prices the cycle, an escape count read as an interval; read literally, §5 put the settled rate at the thread’s inverse, 82.5 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹, which is eliminated.
2. **§8, first paragraph** — “every held grain sheds α¹⁸ of itself per tick,” read as the stretch’s magnitude. Re-read: the escape count pricing the cycle.
3. **§9, last paragraph** — “the corpus’s stance is that both are right and the relation between them is not the standard one,” with the expected direction, today’s rate above the settled beat. Superseded: the relation is the standard one, the rate of 74.3 was not right, and the direction was the other way. §9’s refusal of 70.7 as a rate stands and is confirmed; §9’s “one edge fires: KS-45.1 or KS-STRETCH.3” is met — KS-45.1.
4. **§10** — “the integral is the expansion,” read as the α¹⁸ shed integrated. Re-read: the stretch’s constant part is 0.792 of the cycle’s inverse — 0.954 × √0.6885 — by the balance at the partition, 56.0 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹; the pure number in front of the cycle’s inverse is corrected from one to 0.792. The settled rate stays counted.

AP46’s mechanism — holding is tension, tension sheds — stands. Its age claim stands. KS-STRETCH.2 and KS-STRETCH.3 stand untouched. KS-STRETCH.4 is MET and CLOSED by AP48, its dependency carried by KS-ASM.2. D-STRETCH.1 is PAID on the settling law and the seam; the tail’s shape remains AP42’s D48. AP46’s ceiling lifts.
