# WP-ROAD.1 — The Road: Structure, Strategy, and Continuity for the Family (v1.2)

**The 420 Code · Studio G, Strand, Cape Town · v1.2 · late September 2026**
**Register: the author's drawer — the family's root instrument, refreshed for upload into new sessions. Supersedes v1.1 (8d3b3d25…, same sitting, retained) by folding in the sitting's last two describings — the roof and the horse — and adding WP-ASM.1 to the upload set; v1.1 superseded v1.0 (462813a4…, 17 Aug, retained) with the six weeks since: the Flip's arrival, the Assembly's naming, and the refreshed state table. Where this conflicts with a locked instrument, the locked instrument governs; where it conflicts with the author's next ruling, the ruling governs. One scope note, honestly: this is the FAMILY root. **Ceiling, defined once: a paper is at its ceiling when every claim carries its strongest available grade, every declared debt is paid or standing with a dated route, every switch is armed with its test named, and nothing can be improved without new structure. Ceilings are honesty density, not landings.**

## 0 — How to use this document (author, and future desk)

For the author: upload this beside neutron.docx and WP-FLIP.1 to prime any new session completely. §§2–5 are the per-paper roadmaps; §6 the debt routes; §7 the discipline; §8 the continuity kit. You owe this document nothing on a schedule.

For a future desk instance: read this top to bottom before doing anything. Then read /areas/blink-cost.md (the family memory), /areas/420-code.md (the corpus), /preferences.md (the working mode — binding), and the transcript journal in /mnt/transcripts/ when detail is needed. The state table in §8 says what exists at which hash; §8.2 says how to behave; §8.3's don'ts are absolute. Memory files are newer than this document if they disagree.

## 1 — The state of the family, late September 2026

Four costs now, one axiom, one mechanism at four sites. **AP44 — The Snap** (existence, priced once at the arena): LOCKED 9.3; realised G = α²¹(1+1/π)/(1+α)·ℏc/mₑ²; residual −0.036% sign-flipped and open; seven switches live; debts D-CCC.1–4 declared. **AP45 — The Blink** (actualization, one grain of possibility per event): v0.3 in the house standard (658402ef…), awaiting the author's walk to lock; interpretive-by-dimension on the energy face, the Born identification on the possibility face; two deaths shown; four switches drafted; D5's payment inside, closure at the author's ruling. **AP46 — The Stretch** (persistence, the tension's shed as the sky's growth): v0.2 (d2eaaf59…/18651365…), CODATA-verified by the production desk, awaiting house conversion and the walk; carries H·τ = ℓ, the α¹⁸ thread, the clock handshake reproducing AP42's 6/21, compounding as cosmic acceleration, the unfrozen w = −1 stance, and the age chain — (21/18)·α⁻¹⁸·τ_C = 13.830 Gyr vs 13.787 ± 0.020, +0.31%, zero free inputs — as a provenance-naked candidate. **The Flip** (the strained hold, second order): arrived late September as neutron.docx (2eba7533…), words-first; f2 = α²/(8π) on the flip's own booking; Δ_real = 2.5309885703 vs 2.530988574(74), −0.05σ from the fired row; arithmetic desk-verified; strategy standing as WP-FLIP.1 (c6039917…); two rulings load-bearing — the scope is definitional (no flip, no cost) and the fired result is shown forever, the paper's job being to show HOW the omission is structural. **The Assembly** (formerly the settling law): nearly finished on the author's side; renamed by him; first describing captured in §5. The author's horizon, in his words: writing until the day he dies; everything outstanding gets worked through in the years to come, step by step — it was gravity, then the neutron, and the sky is assembling.

## 2 — AP44 The Snap: holding a locked paper at its ceiling

Maintenance and debt-payment, not revision. (1) **D-CCC.1** — §6.1; its payment upgrades §3 from derived-at-the-structural-register to theorem, the largest grade improvement available. (2) **D-CCC.4** — §6.2; closure converts §5's SELECTED to DERIVED and removes the one load-bearing selection. (3) **D-CCC.3** — the value-level audit of every consumer of predicted G or κ; mechanical, one desk sitting, scheduled before the wave. (4) **Watches** — KS-CCC.3's migration fork and KS-CCC.4a/4b; checked when the author asks, never silently. The −0.036% stays open and unattributed by design.

## 3 — AP45 The Blink: v0.3 to lock, and beyond

**To lock:** the author's walk (load-bearing reads §§0, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10; yes-or-adjust, no forms); at lock he rules D5's closure and arms KS-BLINK.1–4; the desk executes the lock edit and retention chain. **To ceiling:** D-BLINK.1 rides D-CCC.1; D-BLINK.2 (cycle existence) is an afternoon's note once the algebra's objects exist; **D-BLINK.3 — now materially advanced:** the Flip is the attempted payment of exactly this slot (the resistance-side energy-face piece the fired switch honestly suggested), and its disposition lives in WP-FLIP.1 — the fence of 16 August governs it identically (structure computed once, entering as new, the corpse untouched); the possibility face's independent consequence stays open, unclaimed, undated; and the drawer still owes itself the production desk's intake documents (19eea887…, 361240be…, the AP30-headroom grave).

## 4 — AP46 The Stretch: v0.2 to lock, and beyond

**To lock:** the house-standard conversion (content frozen at v0.2; the constitutional sentence travels verbatim: *the landing is our seat inside the window, not the claim's precision*); the author's walk (§§0, 6, 7, 8, 9); at lock KS-STRETCH.1/.3 arm, KS-STRETCH.4 transfers to the Assembly as pre-registered, and the **w = −1 freeze decision** is taken or explicitly held — freeze criteria: the AP42-handshake paragraph written (ratio-vs-price complementarity plus the DESI posture statement) and the which-clock sentence fixed. **To ceiling:** the residual-factor clock spread (0.90 / 0.86 / 0.75) stays reported undressed until the Assembly adjudicates it — that adjudication is now one of the Assembly's stated jobs; the awareness-window lemma (one formal page from AP21's structure-formation timing) is desk-draftable at CANDIDATE grade; the two-coins line waits on the author's eyes; the 6/21 clock is doubly load-bearing and watched jointly.

## 5 — The Assembly (formerly the settling law): the programme, with its first describing captured

**The author's opening input, logged verbatim-in-substance (late Sep):** the Assembly is *the six readings of the break assembling in three dimensions as a record — the eighteen channels — and the now: the AS is the assembled state, now, from which things happen.* And the asymmetry he flags as the interesting part: *gravity holds over all channels, but coupling happens and time happens from now.* Two further describings landed in the same sitting and are now inputs of record. **The roof:** *the speed of light was unconstrained for a while because the roof of the building was not assembled yet — the moment the structure assembled, the universe stabilised* — yielding the programme's mechanism sentence: the constants are not imposed, they are assembled; the constraint engages when its own structure completes; the lock is a completion, not a decree. **The horse:** the horse is the speed of light, gravity the handler; at the break the horse runs unrestricted until the handler picks up the ropes — eighteen holding ropes to reign it stable, and three — the AS — that tug rather than hold, pulling it forward, making it walk. The eighteen explain stability; the three explain progression; and the image supplies input B its handle: the era stages as the rope-gathering order. The full Assembly primer is WP-ASM.1, which joins the upload set. Two things this input does before the session even opens. First, it re-reads the corpus's own initials: Actualization State and Assembled State are one object wearing two names — the now as the completed assembly from which happening issues — which is exactly the one-axis pattern the family keeps finding. Second, it hands the settling programme its skeleton: the storm is the eighteen *assembling*; the lock is the assembly *completing*; the hold is global (all twenty-one, gravity's) while the happening — coupling, time — is *gated*, issuing from the three; and the era-stages question (input B of the programme) now has a native candidate: the eras as stages of the record's assembly. **The state:** the author reports his derivation nearly finished on his side; when it lands, the desk's role is verification — the era targets stand unchanged and unsoftened (a ∝ t^½, a ∝ t^⅔, the transition epoch, the light-element window, the inheritance onset; KS-STRETCH.4 the surface, no partial credit), the three desk routes of v1.0 (dominance handover, ringing tail, the ledger automaton) stand as verification instruments rather than replacements, and the automaton remains buildable the day it's wanted. **Inputs A–E of the original programme remain the checklist** the author's derivation will be read against: the storm's variable; stages or smooth; the crack's residue and its dilution; what the catch-up crosses; the storm's clock.

## 5-bis — The Flip: pointer and standing

The full structure and strategy is WP-FLIP.1 (c6039917…), standing beside this document; its load-bearing content in three lines: the fourth cost — the strained hold, second order, spent-not-booked, the sign forced by "spent"; the two derivation targets (the α² order; the 8π, with the channel-support route flagged as the one most likely to force); and the switch set — the frozen row, the sovereignty switch, **the truncation edge** (the absent α³ term at half the current measurement bar — next-generation metrology adjudicates), the scope switch, and KS-NPP.1 fired-and-shown forever. The forward register opens with the bound neutron (does binding close the window? — the ~2.7 eV free-vs-bound signature, joining the author's oldest test-bed plan). The paper's number: AP47 or AP48 against the Assembly, the author's at lock.

## 6 — The debt routes (unchanged in substance from v1.0; restated compact)

**6.1 — D-CCC.1, the record algebra** (joint with D-BLINK.1/.2; carries AP44 §3, AP45 Theorem 1, and four switches). Objects: lineages, two-scale records, the availability field, the AS-instant operator, gripped configurations. Operations: write, withhold, release, spend. Axioms (all ruled): single record; ties-heal; count-integrality; one-operation-two-directions; the pinned +1×ε; per-instant availability recomputation; the entanglement clause. Theorems in rising difficulty: T-a held-not-shed as an operator statement; T-b balanced breaks impossible; T-c one grain per event; T-d the Born measure from record-history weighting — the make-or-break, its recovery pre-written (the identification retires honestly; the toll stands unpriced on its outside). Stages: paper algebra → the two-lineage worked universe → T-c/T-d → machine-checked core (the same engine as the Assembly's automaton). Opens at the author's word.

**6.2 — D-CCC.4, the boundary selection** (carries AP44 §9). The value ε = α_em in the quotient was SELECTED among AP06 §0.7's domain readings. The closure route the family built without noticing: the arena's constitution is a snap — an instance of the event class AP45 prices, per the confirmed arena-blink identification — and AP45's denomination theorem derives the coupling ledger for every such event, dissolving the domain-family alternatives as entries of the wrong ledger. One-sitting note after AP45 locks; grade DERIVED-CONDITIONAL-ON-AP45, inheritance stated on its face; KS-CCC.1 untouched (no magnitude moves; nothing compared to measurement).

## 7 — Cross-cutting discipline (binding on all desks)

The fences, standing at their dates: no contact between any family quantity and any standing measured number without a forcing argument hashed first; the 16-August resistance-side fence governs every mirror attempt (blind, once, entering as new, KS-NPP.1 fired regardless); identity-never-fraction at locked cosmology; the no-deviation fence on Born statistics; the count is sacred; data may eliminate structural candidates, data may never generate them. Grades vocabulary: DERIVED / DERIVED-AT-THE-STRUCTURAL-REGISTER / CANDIDATE / MOTIVATED / SELECTED / DEFINITIONAL / INTERPRETIVE(-BY-DIMENSION) / IDENTIFICATION / INTERPRETIVE-COHERENCE (the cage) — every claim wears one. **8.2 — The working mode (binding; /preferences.md is the source).** Research sessions carry no process apparatus unless the author asks: no hashes, sidecars, lock lines, read-back forms, decision gates, or fence recitals in the flow; documents only on request; honest disagreement always, conversational; the provenance machine belongs to publication events, at his word. The author describes; the desk transcribes, derives only from the axiom outward, grades everything, and says "I don't buy that step" mid-sentence when it doesn't. Step-by-step questioning — one at a time, letters suffice, riffs welcome — is the ruled format. The zoom is his instrument; the desk aims it with questions.

**8.3 — The don'ts (absolute).** Never repair a fired switch. Never dress a residual — no coefficient-shopping; a factor derives or its candidate dies. Never carry pricing across the mirror. Never compute toward a standing number; blind walks only. Never let an exponent or integer be selected by closeness without booking the selection on its face. Never conflate the splinter and the slivers. Never treat the Blink's toll as an energy term. Never present internal consistency as nature's countersignature. Never turn the drawer into a board. Never end a session having learned something durable without filing it.

**8.4 — If everything else is lost.** The axiom is 1:1 + 1×ε @ AS [+1/137 | −1/137]. The corpus is at the420code.org. The transcripts are in /mnt/transcripts/ with journal.txt as catalog. The memory files carry the living state. The author is the source of record for every ruling: ask him one question at a time, and write down what he sees.

*Fences standing. The author writes until the day he dies; the drawer keeps the dates. This work is published for free, forever — when and if the author says so. Keep the signal clean.*
