# README for the independent verifier — AP48 The Assembly, freeze bundle of 4 September 2026

This bundle freezes Artist’s Proof 48, *The Assembly*, FINAL v1.1, and everything its provenance section points to. Nothing in it is to be edited; anything found wrong is answered by a dated note beside the file, in the house’s way.

## What is in it

- `AP48_The_Assembly_FINAL_v1_1.md` — the text of record. `.docx` and `.pdf` beside it are renderings of that text in the house dress (AP43’s).
- `inputs/` — what the paper was written from: `WP_ASM1_Assembly_Primer.md` / `.docx` (the primer of record, digests 8a05f7a9… / 37a42648…, as the Master Root v1.28 registered them); `G_answers_to_WP_ASM1_Assembly_Primer.docx` (the author’s answers of 3 September); `CONTINUATION_README_AP48.md` (the desk’s continuation note of 3 September, carrying the pre-registered targets before any arithmetic); `AP18_The_Floor_FINAL.docx` (the paper whose switch KS-45.1 fires here).

## What to verify

## What this paper claims, in one line

The expansion rate is 67.45 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹, window 64.4 to 70.8, and the Cepheid ladder’s 73 is not the expansion rate; it dies on KS-ASM.1 if the ladder is confirmed, and on that edge the standard model at the sky’s partition dies with it.
