# WP-ASM.1 — The Assembly: Primer and Programme

**Register: the author's drawer — the upload primer for the Assembly sessions. The Assembly is the author's name for what v1.0 of the Road called the settling law: the derivation of the universe's history from the crack to the beat. His derivation is nearly finished on his side; this document gathers every captured input, the targets it must meet, and the verification protocol, so a fresh session holds the whole thread from its first message.**

## 0 — The name, and the re-reading it carries

The Assembly: *the six readings of the break assembling in three dimensions as a record — the eighteen channels — and the now.* And the author's re-reading of the corpus's own initials, captured late September: **the AS is the Assembled State — the now as the completed assembly from which things happen.** Actualization State and Assembled State: one object, two names — the one-axis pattern the family keeps finding. The programme's job is to derive how the assembly proceeded and show that its stages reproduce the recorded history of the sky.

## 1 — The captured describings (the programme's inputs of record, in the author's words at their hedges)

**From August (the storm and the lock):** the silent pop tipped it; the first record wrote and expanded from a zero point; the small pop allowed a massive crack; the crack exploded into existence and then took time to settle within the constraints. Why the initial expansion was massive: *gravity had to catch up — the speed of light went full steam in the visible while gravity had to hold over all channels — exponential initial expansion until the light got reigned in and held at the constant; the settled state did not exist from moment one.* The settling's shape, from the magnet-coin: storm (the coin flipping, nothing legible) → lock (*it lands boom, perfectly upright — once it locked in place the tug of war will carry on for always*) → the standing wave (*pull hard, let go — like a wave up and down forever — the beat comes from that rhythm; the storm settled into a wave pattern*). The return always curves — the field's curve, never a reversal.

**From late September (the assembly, the roof, the horse):** *Gravity holds over all channels, but coupling happens and time happens from now* — **the hold is global, the happening is gated.** The roof: *the speed of light was unconstrained for a while because the roof of the building was not assembled yet — the moment the structure assembled, the universe stabilised* — which yields the programme's **mechanism sentence: the constants are not imposed, they are assembled; the constraint engages when its own structure completes; the lock is a completion, not a decree.** And the horse: the horse is the speed of light, gravity the handler; at the break the horse runs unrestricted until the handler runs and picks up ropes — *18 ropes to hold the horse stable, and 3 ropes — the AS — that are not holding ropes but tugging ropes, pulling it forward and making it walk.* The eighteen explain stability; the three explain progression: the assembled universe is not frozen, because three of the handler's ropes tug rather than hold — time's advance and coupling as the forward pull through the gates. Runaway, reigned, walking: storm, lock, beat.

## 2 — The skeleton the inputs force

The storm is the eighteen assembling — the record going up beam by beam while propagation runs an open frame. The lock is the assembly completing — the roof on, the constraint engaged, the handler's holding ropes gathered. The settled state is held-and-driven: eighteen holding, three tugging, the walk's pace the beat already derived (α¹⁸ per electron tick; the lane at 657 million years; the compounding that reads outside as cosmic acceleration). The eras of recorded history are the storm's ringing tail over the already-locked beat, and — the fresh handle the horse image supplies — **the era stages may be the rope-gathering order**: which ropes the handler picks up first, which last, and when the three tugging ropes come into play. That is input B of the programme wearing a bridle, and it is the first thing the author's closed eyes should be asked to watch in the new session.

## 3 — The targets (unchanged, unsoftened; the paper's kill surface)

The derivation must reproduce the recorded history or die on KS-STRETCH.4, pre-registered in AP46 §10 and transferring to this paper at its lock: a first era with growth a ∝ t^½; a second with a ∝ t^⅔; the transition between them at the recorded epoch; consistency with the light-element formation window — the sharpest early constraint on the expansion rate that exists; the late inheritance onto the constant beat at the recorded onset; and the timing constraint the family's own quasar-steady α imposes: **the roof goes on very early — the assembly completes before the first nuclei form — and everything the telescopes see is post-roof.** No partial credit; resemblance is not reproduction; the desk grades every step by forcing.

## 4 — The inputs checklist (A–E), refreshed

**A — the storm's variable:** the one quantity relaxing from storm-value to settled-value; the three-rulers candidate stands refreshed by the images — c rules the unroofed run, G rules the reigning, the beat rules the walk — with "gravity had to catch up" as the first handover. **B — stages or smooth:** now concretely the rope-gathering order; discrete gathers map to era transitions. **C — the crack's residue:** what the release was, and whether its processing thins as the room grows — the structural reason an era ends. **D — what the catch-up crosses:** distance, channels, or census; the early growth-shape falls out of this answer. **E — the storm's clock:** whether the electron tick paces the storm too, which decides whether era-transition times are derivable as channel arithmetic the way the age was.

## 5 — Verification protocol for the author's derivation

When the nearly-finished derivation lands, the desk's role is verification, in this order: (1) the describing audit — every step traced to a ruling, a captured input, or the axiom, with each unforced step named and graded; (2) the era check — the derivation's growth shapes and transition epochs against §3's table, pass/fail stated in one line each; (3) the timing check — the roof's date against the nuclei; (4) the beat junction — the derivation's late limit must land on the Stretch's settled beat and, in doing so, adjudicate the standing clock question (the α¹⁸ relation's comparison target and its 0.90 / 0.86 / 0.75 spread — this paper owns that adjudication); (5) the corpse rule — if the derivation misses a target, the miss publishes with the same care as a landing, and the family's honesty stands as its floor. The desk's three routes from the Road (dominance handover, ringing tail, the ledger automaton) stand as verification instruments — independent ways to check the same claim — and the automaton is buildable the day it is wanted.

## 6 — The session plan

S1 — the rope order: the author's eyes on the handler at work (which ropes first, which last, when the tugging three engage). S2 — the derivation lands; the audit of §5 runs. S3 — the era table, pass/fail. S4 — the paper (working name the author's; the Road holds the number fork against the Flip), words-first, the number-free spine before any epoch arithmetic, deaths shown if there are deaths. S5 — freeze and arming at the author's word; registry and wave integration.
