1. **§5, the measured value’s label.** AP30 §5 quotes m_p/mₑ = 1836.15267343(11) under the label “CODATA 2022.” That value and bar are the 2018 adjustment. CODATA 2022 (NIST, May 2024) is 1836.152673426(32), relative uncertainty 1.7 × 10⁻¹¹, as the corpus’s pre-registration of 2 August 2026 uses. AP30’s residual statements in §5 (“5 ppb” at first order, “0.008 ppb” at second) are restated at the 2022 bar: 5.3 ppb and 0.57σ, the latter being 10 parts per trillion. No digit of AP30’s formula moves.

2. **§6, the coefficient sixteen.** AP30 §6 carries the sixteen in the second-order term and states that its structural decomposition from {21, 3, 4} is not established and is owed under KS-30.3. AP49 The Hold (FINAL v1.0, locked 6 September 2026) reads it: the four conditions of the record’s repair held through the four dimensional expressions, 4 × 4, one count-rule with AP30’s own 84 and AP47’s 8, the sixteen a share of the whole where the 84 and the 8 are leakage divisors. The reading was found after the number and is graded so in AP49.

3. **§6–§7, the higher orders and KS-30.3.** AP30 §6 writes the series as O(α³) beyond the second order and §7 registers KS-30.3 — the series converges, each order smaller by roughly α; test: compute the explicit O(α²), O(α³) forms and show they misbehave. AP49 §4 supplies the rule, given by the author blind: every order beyond the first is the previous order times r = 16α/1836; the explicit forms of every order follow and are tabulated; the tail sums in closed form, 21α·r/(1 − r); the series converges by construction. **KS-30.3 → PAID at the structural register on the author’s rule**, graded as a ruling and its consequence, not a computation from the mechanism. AP30’s printed total, 1836.15267344, is unchanged at its precision; the closed form is 1836.152673445.

4. **What stands.** AP30’s three static layers, its first-order term with the isotropic-leakage lemma, KS-30.1, KS-30.2, and KS-30.4 as the pre-registration’s §6 left it.
