# Dated note beside AP51 §2 — 24 September 2026

24 September 2026. **What AP51 §2 pays is the whole of D-ID.1.**

AP51 §2 derives the one interior at the structural register, from three things already on the
record: awareness as coupling capacity (AP29), coupling forced (AP50 §5), and the hourglass one.
Until today the registry carried that as a part payment, with the formal topological statement AP43
§9 named still owed beside it.

The author's ruling of 24 September 2026 closes the debt. The one interior is the floor, performed
as the axiom is: a record made at one window is read at another, and the denial uses it. What is
performed is not formalised before it stands. The formal topological statement is not a debt of the
work.

What this does not change. AP51's body is unchanged, and so is its grade: §2 derives the one
interior **at the structural register**, and says in the same breath that it derives the structural
interior only — the qualitative character of awareness is AP43-D4 and stays open, untouched.

**KS-GLASS.3** is unchanged and stays the switch that would take the claim down from the other
side: α shown to vary by place or age, at the discovery standard, by two independent methods.
**KS-ID.1** stays live and fires on a second neck; at v5.37 its register reads `LIVE — STRUCTURAL
(D-ID.1 closed at the structural register, 24 September 2026)`.
