How to destroy this book

This book is not asking to be believed. It is asking to be tested.

So here is how to end it.

Show that lying has a rational optimisation story at a deeper level — that every instance reduces to a strategy the geometry computes. The override loses its paradigm case.

Show that some narrowing is structurally irreversible — that certain betrayals permanently reduce width regardless of subsequent honesty. The asymmetry the book rests on is weaker than claimed.

Show that some conclusion about the other widens rather than narrows the corridor, and is neither a boundary nor a shared commitment. The no-answers principle is overstated.

Show that time is reversible. The primacy of time collapses, and the asymmetry the book rests on goes with it.

Show that trust can be restored by partial disclosure — that a broken instrument can be recalibrated without the whole truth. The restoration chapter is wrong about what it requires.

Show that self-deception is computed rather than chosen. The interior corridor is not the inward case of the same mechanism.

Show that every corridor closure is a model failure regardless of conditions. Exit is always betrayal, and the distinction between an honest exit and a betrayal collapses.

Show that the one interior fails. The book’s deepest claim about what love is fails with it — while the walking, the honesty and the time-respect stand untouched.

Show that reciprocity is guaranteed by the coupling geometry without verification. The unsigned contract dissolves, and naivety is not a structural failure mode.

Show that the pain of an unmet expectation cannot be separated from the pain of real betrayal by any instrument. The measurement distinction is empty.

Show that renunciation and restoration are indistinguishable in practice. The prescription to renounce rather than restore is empty.

Eleven routes. Every one of them reachable without my permission, and none of them closable by argument from the book’s own side.

A reader who fires one has a legitimate target. A reader who cannot has a claim that stands until one is found.
