The 420 Code · Studio G · a supersession note; the frozen registration is not edited

The registration of 4 September 2026, the gravitational constant, realised — and the fork (KS-CCC.3), is frozen and stands beside this note unchanged, with its script, verify_family.py.

1. The ruling

The author, 21 September 2026: AP28’s first reading of G was wrong.

It read the gravitational coupling as provisioned — α²¹ (1 + 1/π) · ℏc / mₑ² = 6.7206 × 10⁻¹¹, +0.69% — and it omitted the arena’s holding of the break. AP44 found the omission in the logic and priced it: the realised coupling is the provisioned coupling held once, divided by (1 + α). AP50 §6 reads that factor by rule.

The realised value, 6.6719 × 10⁻¹¹, is the prediction of G. AP28’s first reading is withdrawn, superseded by it, and kept on the record, dated. There is one value of G, and one set of conditions under which it dies.

2. What this withdraws from the registration

• §1, “It stands as the structural value.” Withdrawn. It stands as the first reading, superseded.
• §4.1, the fork. “Convergence upward toward 6.7206 kills the commitment and revives AP28’s leakage candidate in full.” The revival is withdrawn: there is nothing to revive. Convergence of the adjusted G upward toward 6.7206 kills the prediction of G outright, with no fallback.
• §4.2, KS-CCC.4a. “A common apparatus leakage term of order 6,900 ppm … Candidate 1 is confirmed and the commitment withdrawn.” Restated: such a term would put the true G near 6.72, and it would kill the realised value. It confirms nothing.
• §4.3, KS-R.7. The one-per-cent bar governs one value now, the realised one.

3. What stands

The registered value, 6.6719 × 10⁻¹¹, and every condition that tests it. KS-CCC.3’s direction test stands: as apparatus systematics resolve, the adjusted G is expected to migrate downward toward 6.672 × 10⁻¹¹, and stability at 6.6743 as systematics close supports the null. The −0.036% is reported open, as the registration reports it. KS-CCC.1 stands guard on the order of events behind the (1 + α): the choices that entered it are disclosed, with their eliminations, on the public record (PROV-CCC.1–6).

4. What the first reading shows

The first reading stood on the wall at +0.69% — 309σ on CODATA’s bar, outside every laboratory determination — until AP44 locked on 11 August 2026. The omission was found in the logic: the same held distinction the neutron’s fired row exposed, priced at the arena. A fitter does not publish a 0.69% miss and leave it standing. The correction is dated, its history is disclosed, and the first reading stays on the record beside it, where the two corpses stay.

Ruled by the author, 21 September 2026. The registry carries KS-CCC.3’s fork clause and KS-R.7’s two values until its next version; this note governs the pages until then. Frozen files are never edited; corrections supersede, dated, in the open.
