Section 5
H₀ ≈ 70 km/s/Mpc = 2.27 × 10⁻¹⁸ s⁻¹. c = 2.998 × 10⁸ m/s. cH₀ = 6.81 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s². cH₀/(2π) = 6.81 × 10⁻¹⁰ / 6.283 = 1.08 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s².
H₀ ≈ 70 km/s/Mpc = 2.27 × 10⁻¹⁸ s⁻¹. c = 2.998 × 10⁸ m/s. cH₀ = 6.81 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s². cH₀/(2π) = 6.81 × 10⁻¹⁰ / 6.283 = 1.08 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s².
The empirical MOND acceleration scale (McGaugh et al. 2016, Lelli et al. 2017) is a₀(observed) = 1.20 ± 0.02 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s². The predicted value 1.08 × 10⁻¹⁰ is the base value (at α = 1). With the exact S² dipole correction (α = 1.0445, 3.6):
a₀ = 1.0445 × 1.08 × 10⁻¹⁰ = 1.13 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s².
The remaining discrepancy from the observed 1.20 is 5.8%. This is within the measurement uncertainty of H₀ (the Hubble tension: different methods give H₀ between 67 and 74 km/s/Mpc). At higher H₀ values: at H₀ = 73 km/s/Mpc, αcH₀/(2π) = 1.0445 × 7.09 × 10⁻¹⁰ / 6.283 = 1.179 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² (1.7% below observed); at H₀ = 76 km/s/Mpc, αcH₀/(2π) = 1.0445 × 7.38 × 10⁻¹⁰ / 6.283 = 1.228 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² (2.3% above observed).
At H₀ = 74 km/s/Mpc: αcH₀/(2π) = 1.0445 × 7.19 × 10⁻¹⁰ / 6.283 = 1.195 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² — within ≈0.4% of the observed 1.20 × 10⁻¹⁰, well inside the ±1.7% uncertainty on a₀ itself. This is where the headline match lives.
At H₀ ≈ 74 km/s/Mpc, predicted and observed values coincide within measurement error. The axioms are predicting the Hubble constant from galactic rotation curves. Let that sink in.
This is not fitting. H₀ is measured independently. The argument predicts H₀ = 2πa₀/(αc) = 2π × 1.20 × 10⁻¹⁰ / (1.0445 × 2.998 × 10⁸) = 74.3 km/s/Mpc — a falsifiable, parameter-free prediction from the observed a₀ and the derived coefficient α/(2π).
