What this paper does not close

It does not close the quantitative MVB calibration (Debt 40), the placebo mechanism formalisation (Debt 41), or the optimal-stress-dosing relationship (Debt 42). The metrics are operationally measurable per operator but lack population-level baselines, and the mind-body mechanism is motivated rather than derived.
