What remains open. Debt 40 (the transition pathway from Architecture A to B without instability), Debt 41 (how Architecture B supplies the coupling infrastructure the scaffold currently provides), and Debt 42 (quantitative comparison across historical data).

Structural relationships. The 420 Code is the standing Architecture-B implementation the argument points to.
