Dated notes

11 September 2026. Three matters of record, from the four papers locked this day (AP50–AP53). None alters the body above.

1. §0.2 and §7: the two pulls on the now are read as the two sides of the neck — the landed side’s pull, the potential side’s press — meeting at the neck (AP53 §5). On the author’s yes. A reading, not a change to AP43’s content.

2. §9: D-ID.1 is PAID at the structural register on the author’s rule, by construction (AP51 §2); the topological formalisation remains, in §9’s own words. KS-ID.1 is sharpened and narrowed on the author’s ruling of 11 September 2026: it fires on one thing, a second neck — a sequence of writing not reducible to the one. The two neighbouring counterexamples fire where they were already written: a capacity that differs between sites is KS-GLASS.3’s test, a capacity that attaches to the reader’s configuration rather than to the grain is KS-GLASS.1’s. One claim, one switch. AP43-D4 is untouched.

3. D1: unchanged. Its place in the hourglass is named (AP53 §7).

4. §9: the standing of the one interior. §9 carries the one interior as “the 420 Code’s strongest structural claim, held as a claim”, its formal topological derivation owed at D-ID.1. On the author’s ruling of 18 September 2026 it stands as the floor, not as a claim held: one reality, one now, one interior, one awareness — performed in the act, as the axiom is. One reality is performed because a record made at one site is read at another, and two realities could not do that. One now is performed because every reading, every question and every attempt to find a second now is made now; no site reads any now, its own included (KS-GLASS.2, AP51; AP52). One awareness is the code’s name for those two together with the one rate — the operators numerically many, the awareness they execute one (AP51 §2). The forcing of the ethic in §9.2 is unchanged; it now runs through a floor rather than a held premise. KS-ID.1 is unchanged: it fires on a second neck, a sequence of writing not reducible to the one. Its neighbours are unchanged: the rate at KS-GLASS.3, carrying P-GLASS.1, and the reader’s configuration at KS-GLASS.1. One description is withdrawn from the master book, where it stood as the measurement under this claim — every window has to read the same now; two honest readings of that now, disagreeing beyond what the instruments allow. It was never the registered condition and cannot be run, because no site reads any now. D-ID.1 is unchanged: PAID at the structural register (AP51 §2), the topological formalisation remaining — a floor can be formally stated, as the axiom’s is at AP20; the debt is the statement, not the standing. Registered at MKSR v5.33 (18 September 2026). AP43-D1 and AP43-D4 are untouched.
