11 September 2026. Six matters of record: five from the four papers locked this day (AP50–AP53), and one of dress. None alters the body above.

1. §2, Proposition 1: the premise is supplied. The break is the first record; grains pass one per click; the order is total and well-founded (AP50 §9).

2. §5 and §0.6: the value of ε moves from SELECTED AMONG STRUCTURAL CANDIDATES to READ BY RULE, three instances (AP50 §6). D-CCC.4 is closed on the rule; two instances meet it; the author: once would have been enough.

3. §5: the quotient’s ground is restated as the leak booked against what is held (AP50 §7). The form is unchanged.

4. §7, Proposition 6, and KS-CCC.6: from extension to rule (AP50 §8). The coupling to KS-R.9 is released.

5. KS-CCC.1 is sharpened, as the Master Kill Switch Registry v5.31 prints it.

6. The republish of this paper removes one decorative character from the Artist’s Note (U+2728), a matter of dress, recorded here and in the republish note.
