What this paper does not close

D-BLINK.1 and D-BLINK.2, which wait on the record algebra with D-CCC.1. The origin’s inheritance, held as candidate. Whether the possibility face ever yields a consequence of its own. D5’s cosmological limb, which is AP46’s and locked there, and D5 itself, which closes at the wave on three proofs. Nothing about the magnitude of the shed at any site.

Provenance and lineage

This proof was produced by one author, ruling at every step: every claim, ruling, and switch is his, made by him. The drafting, the independent verification, and the dress were carried out under his direction, every intermediate hashed, nothing locked unverified, and both deaths in the record published with the same care as the survivals. The complete provenance lives in the family record of §0.2 and in the author’s thread exports; the honest history is §10, in the body, where it belongs.

What changed between v0.2.1 and this lock, listed so no reader hunts: the house dress, and paragraphs cut to the house length with no sentence altered; the Artist’s Note, the author’s.

§9 rewritten to quote D5 at its locus, to carry Proposition 1 and the three lines, and to state the ruling; D-BLINK.3 recorded as paid by AP47, with §10 and §11 saying so; AP46 and AP47 added to the dependencies at their honest labels; KS-BLINK.2’s inherited nature-facing limb named; the family-record hashes carried unchanged. The §10 execution numbers are the corpse’s own record and were not touched. The ceiling’s value is the hashed inventory’s (cb77b354…, 15:00:19Z), carried verbatim in WP-BUMP.9 §A (72c8646d…) — C-1, h × 5 kHz — and the excess reproduces at it to the digit.

FINAL v1.0 → v1.1, same day, before anchoring: §10’s ceiling written as the inventory writes it; nothing else moved.

FINAL v1.1 → v1.2, same day, before anchoring, on independent review: the bump’s booking aligned to AP44’s two books (§4, §11); Theorem 1’s exactness recast on §3’s singularity instead of a minimality premise; Axiom C named as the constraint, not a channel (§0.3); §6’s ruling scoped to the eighteen faces with the gates carried as their own sub-result; the cage’s first item marked as the corpse’s own figure (§10); the vanishing squared with the constraint (§§3, 7); the eighteen-second gap scoped to what it proves; the registry count deferred to the file of record (§§10, 12, 13); an erratum issued against the ROAD’s AP45 line, since withdrawn — see v1.5; the provenance stated in roles; the house spelling settled. FINAL v1.2 → v1.3, same day, before anchoring: the registry count settled against the Master Kill Switch Registry v5.26 file — KS-NPP.1 is registered there as LIVE, so its wave line is a status update and this paper adds four; KS-BLINK.2’s inherited limb names AP01’s KS-V.3 beside AP25’s KS-56; the provenance stated without names.

FINAL v1.3 → v1.4, same day, before anchoring, on the review’s verification pass: the registry build dated and its pending entries listed (§§12, 13); KS-42.3 cited for the clock’s formula beside KS-42.6; KS-CCC.2 named as the fence the bump paragraph stands inside; the inherited Born limb stated as one test on two entries (§0.5); the Corollary’s own line scoped to a matter blink and its unit clause pointed at Lemma 2; §9’s clock sentence moved with AP46 §7’s grade. v1.0 through v1.3 retained.

FINAL v1.4 → v1.5, same day, before anchoring: the author’s archive supplied AP45 v0.3 (658402ef…, 17 August), the version the ROAD had recorded all along; the lineage above now carries it, the erratum against the ROAD’s line is withdrawn by a dated note, and §0.9 states the chain once. Nothing else moved. v1.0 through v1.4 retained.

FINAL v1.5 → v1.6, at the lock of both papers: AP46 cited as locked, and version numbers dropped from the cross-citations. Nothing else moved. v1.0 through v1.5 retained.

FINAL v1.6 → v1.7, same day, on the reviewer’s read of the lock: version numbers restored to the cross-citations with the manifest named; §0.9’s count of v0.3’s fix made to agree with the lineage; the lock line and its composite entered below. Nothing else moved. v1.0 through v1.6 retained.

What moves on adoption

At the wave: the Master Kill Switch Registry advances by four live entries, KS-BLINK.1–.4, and updates one status — KS-NPP.1, LIVE at v5.26, to FIRED.

The registry of record is still v5.26 (11 July 2026); AP44’s seven, AP47’s set, KS-NPP.1’s status change, and this paper’s four all enter at the wave build, and totals are fixed there, not here. AP45 registers in Notebook IV beside AP44. The D5 line updates per §9, citing AP44, AP45, and AP46, CLOSED at the wave. D-BLINK.1 and D-BLINK.2 enter the register beside D-CCC.1’s, which their formalisation inherits; D-BLINK.3 enters as named-and-paid. After this lock, the D-CCC.4 note lands, and the family’s ε = α_em moves from SELECTED to DERIVED on §5’s denomination; AP47 §4’s rider cashes without edit.

Nothing else in canon moves: no value, no constant, no share, no page that carries a number.

The lock line

LOCKED 2 September 2026 at composite 9.0 under the reviewer’s brief, ruled by the desk on the author’s delegation. Weakest link: the falsification register — this proof owns no nature-facing switch of its own; its empirical exposure is inherited (the Born rule’s, on AP25’s KS-56 and AP01’s KS-V.3) and its structural switches wait on D-CCC.1. The precedent under which AP44 locked at 9.3 with D-CCC.1 open — a structural-register derivation carrying three nature-facing switches of its own — is ruled not to extend to a proof whose exposure is inherited only: a paper that claims no number cannot be graded on the falsification axis as if it had passed a test. The bar is 9.3; this proof is locked below it with the ceiling declared and the reason named, and the ceiling lifts when D-CCC.1 is written or the possibility face yields a consequence of its own (§0.9).

The closing

One structural sentence — every actualization costs one grain of possibility, α-worth, spent — priced at the second of the family’s four sites, with the switches armed on it and both corpses on the table. The books stay open. That is not a flaw in the accounting. It is the accounting.
