Epilogue
This book is not asking to be believed. It is asking to be tested.
So here is how to end it.
Find a religion whose claim-validation rests on record-testable derivation rather than appeal to authority — derivation that does not reduce to the source says so when you trace it to its ground. The central claim fails for that religion.
Find a religion whose consequence claims are restricted to outcomes that can be checked in lives that can be observed. The unfalsifiable-consequence claim fails for that religion.
Show that a religion’s categorical distinctions — saved and damned, clean and unclean, faithful and heretic — derive from the four conditions rather than from institutional fiat. The ungrounded-distinction claim fails for that religion.
Find a structural feature of the universe that operates differently for religious and non-religious participants. The shared-world claim fails, and you have made a major contribution to the work.
Demonstrate a case where exit from religious participation is structurally barred — not socially, culturally or economically costly, but structurally impossible. The exit claim fails.
Show, at scale, that the verse-by-verse assignments in Antichristos are wrong under fair structural reading. The specific Christianity claim here weakens. The general claim survives on its own.
Show that both routes to the terminal ethic — the one interior and the coupling geometry — require a religious or transcendent ground the conditions do not provide. The claim that one can be ethical after religion fails.
Show that the arguments here, accepted in full, would not materially undermine the structural authority of institutional religion. The danger claim was bravado.
And the crossing. Show an operator class that persists while not acting to stay in being. Or a coupled system under irreversible drift in which a sustained defector’s viability is preserved indefinitely. Or that the constitutive premise smuggles in a normative term the derivation does not earn. The step from geometry to obligation falls.
Nine routes. Every one reachable without my permission, and none closable by argument from the book’s own side.
A reader who fires one has a legitimate target. A reader who cannot has a claim that stands until one is found.
The reader who has read this far has already done the dangerous thing. The arguments either work for you or they do not. If they work, you can no longer participate in institutional religion the way you did before. Not because the book threatened you. Because the structure showed itself, and the structure is what was dangerous.
The book is the messenger. The structure is the news. What you do with it is your record to write.
Don’t be a cunt. Be kind.
## What this book stands on
Five Artist’s Proofs carry the formal work behind this book, published free at the420code.org.
AP01, The Actualization State. The corridor geometry: drift, the boundary, coupled viability — and the two machines.
AP02, The Operator. The exit, and the coupling theorem: why cruelty does not last.
AP20, The Proof. The four conditions: complete, minimal, forced.
AP39, The Scaffold. Architecture A’s five-stage forcing chain, the seven operations, the blade in the text.
AP40, The Irrational. Choice as irrational coupling capacity — the capacity religion captured.
Being After Religion, the short edition. The original is published free at the420code.org, with all nine switches printed in full and filed in the registry.
