ε — the break. The minimum viable splinter. Always Axiom B.

a₀ — the acceleration floor. a₀ = αcH₀/(2π). Derived in AP18.

T — the tension of a field line. Energy per unit length. T = λ (substrate stiffness, AP15), proved by the Energy–Measure Bridge (Lemma, section 5.1).

λ — substrate stiffness. λ ≈ 2.15 × 10⁴⁶. Established in AP15. The unique constant with dimensions of energy per length in the argument. Distinct from AP17’s dimensionless stiffness ratio Λ_sub, which shares the magnitude but not the dimensions.

μ — the additive measure on the record monoid (AP18 Lemma 1). μ(m₁ · m₂) = μ(m₁) + μ(m₂).

ℓ, ℓᵢ — field-line length.

Mⱼ — Jeans mass.

cₛ — sound speed.

ρ — gas density.

σ — the involution (Axiom S). Not velocity dispersion.

γ — the dimensionless coefficient in the quantum-gravity correction (AP14).

α — the dimensionless apex-symmetry factor, α = 2 ln(sec(½) + tan(½)) ≈ 1.0445 (AP18). Not the fine-structure constant.

k — the universal proportionality constant between energy and measure. k = T = λ.
