Dark Matter as Un-Actualised Possibility

The break is ε — minimal. Coupling capacity opens all possibilities. But ε actualises only a fraction of them.

The 420 Code establishes (AP28, the G derivation — The Constant) that gravity operates through 21 channels simultaneously while electromagnetism operates through 1 channel. The observable universe — everything electromagnetically coupled — is the 1-channel domain.

The gravitational domain is the 21-channel end.

Most of the possibility space the first actualisation holds open is not converted into electromagnetic coupling events. It remains in the gravitational domain — structural, real, but not observable in the 1-channel sense.

This is what dark matter is. Not missing particles. Not exotic physics. Un-actualised possibility space that the break holds open but ε does not convert to the electromagnetic domain.

The observed proportions — approximately 5% ordinary matter, 27% dark matter, 68% dark energy — are what a minimal break looks like expressed as a ratio of actualised to un-actualised possibility.

The mystery disappears when the question is corrected: not “where is the missing matter?” but “why would a minimal break actualise everything?” It would not. It actualises ε of everything. The rest is still there.

Just not in your channel.
