What it establishes. Actualisation as the fundamental state; awareness as coupling capacity, the first real coupling opportunity; energy as that capacity expressed at the now, E ≡ κ(B)AS; the Big Bang as the ongoing first actualisation; dark matter as the un-actualised portion of the possibility space the break holds open; energy conservation and the Noether time-translation closure from B’s permanence; the dependency chain; and the relocation of the hard problem to a floor where it might be closeable.

What remains open. The qualia question (Step 7) is relocated, not solved. Step 4 inherits AP28’s 21:1 kill switch (KS-AP29.4). KS-AP29.5b (structural realism) is the deepest standing exposure, shared by every Artist’s Proof.
