10.1 — KS-41.1 — Visible fraction

Claim. The visible fraction of the total energy density is 1/21 ≈ 4.76% — one electromagnetic channel out of twenty-one.

Test. The observed visible fraction (≈4.86%; Planck 2018, see AP42 §3.4) must match 1/21. A measured visible fraction inconsistent with 1/21 (beyond the channel-to-density mapping in KS-41.5) falsifies the count.

Status. LIVE — EMPIRICAL. 1/21 = 4.76% against an observed ≈4.86%.

Recovery. A small mismatch localises to the channel-to-density mapping (KS-41.5) rather than the channel count; a large mismatch falsifies the channel identification of the visible sector.

10.2 — KS-41.2 — Fusion as instantiation

Claim. Proton–proton fusion instantiates 1:1 + 1×ε: the mass deficit is ε expressed as energy.

Test. Mass–energy equivalence (E = mc²) in the fusion mass deficit — effectively closed by a century of nuclear physics; listed for completeness.

Status. LIVE — EMPIRICAL.

Recovery. Not applicable in practice — a failure here would contradict established nuclear physics.

10.3 — KS-41.3 — Loop topology

Claim. The loop closes: the black-hole interior is a new expanding geometry (the door, Stage 6).

Test. Inherits KS-L0.1 (AP04). The identification of the interior with a new geometry is required for closure.

Status. LIVE. Conjectural, guarded by AP04’s switch.

Recovery. If the loop does not close, Stages 1–5 survive intact as observed astrophysics; only the cyclic reading falls.

10.4 — KS-41.4 — α underivability

Claim. α cannot be derived from within the splinter; the within-the-system underivability is structural.

Test. Exhibit a self-referential derivation of α from inside the broken system that circumvents the within-the-splinter argument.

Status. LIVE — HARD. The argument addresses AP04-D3 without formally closing it.

Recovery. A successful self-referential derivation would close AP04-D3 directly and retire this switch — a positive outcome, not a collapse.

10.5 — KS-41.5 — Channel-to-density mapping

Claim. The twenty-one channels map linearly to the energy partition: one channel = 1/21 of the budget.

Test. If channels contribute unequally to the energy budget — a nonlinear channel-to-density mapping — the predicted fraction changes.

Status. LIVE — STRUCTURAL.

Recovery. A nonlinear mapping would replace the simple 1/21 count with a weighted partition, preserving the channel mechanism while revising the numbers.

10.6 — KS-41.6 — Dark matter as un-actualised possibility

Claim. Dark matter is the unbroken symmetric channels, not a particle species.

Test. If dark-matter particles are discovered (LHC, direct detection, astrophysical signatures) at the right abundance, the identification fails.

Status. LIVE — EMPIRICAL.

Recovery. A confirmed particle detection falsifies the dark-as-symmetry reading; the channel count for the visible sector would survive but the dark-sector identification would not.

10.7 — KS-41.7 — Present-tense Big Bang

Claim. Fusion is the ongoing break; the Big Bang is present tense, not a single past event.

Test. Show that stellar fusion is not structurally the same process as the originating break.

Status. LIVE — STRUCTURAL.

Recovery. A structural disanalogy would narrow the claim to a metaphor rather than an identity.

10.8 — KS-41.8 — Holographic splinter

Claim. The splinter reproduces the full architecture because the axiom is scale-invariant (the self-similarity property).

Test. Show that the axiom carries a preferred scale, or that a fragment containing one break fails to reproduce the architecture. (This is the self-similarity, not the Bekenstein–Hawking area-entropy bound.)

Status. LIVE — STRUCTURAL.

Recovery. A preferred scale would break the holographic property; the area-entropy bound, which requires further structure (AP14, the Planck scale), is not claimed here and is unaffected.

10.9 — KS-41.9 — Frame-dependence from the break

Claim. Truth is frame-dependent because the break creates frames; no view from nowhere is constructible from within.

Test. Construct a frame-independent observation from within the broken system — a view from nowhere from inside the splinter.

Status. LIVE — STRUCTURAL. If such a construction exists, section 9 falls.

Recovery. A successful construction would collapse the frame-dependence reading and, with it, the structural grounding of the ethic in section 9.
