What This Establishes and What Remains Open

11.1 — What this paper closes

It establishes the structural identification of the visible universe as one electromagnetic channel out of twenty-one (the 5% as a count), the dark sector as the twenty unbroken symmetric channels, the holographic self-similarity of the splinter, fusion as the ongoing break, and gravity as its pacing mechanism. These are structural, not conjectural.

11.2 — What this paper does not close

It does not derive the internal dark-sector split (D44; addressed in AP42). It does not close the loop through the door (Stage 6 is conjectural, AP04, KS-L0.1). It does not formally derive the area-entropy bound (only the self-similarity), nor does it formally close AP04-D3 — it argues structurally for the unpayability of deriving α from within.

11.3 — Items held open without claiming debt status

The fusion reactor geometry (D45) and the cross-cycle record persistence reconciliation (D46) are real and live, named for honesty about scope, not as commitments to closure.

11.4 — Where the philosophical-register implementations live

The terminal-ethic grounding (section 9) has its philosophical-register treatment in the Ø Models. AP41 is the formal-register origin of the dark-sector channel identification and the frame-dependence argument.

11.5 — Structural relationships to subsequent work

AP42 (The Clock) derives the internal split this paper owes (D44) via τ = (6/21) × t_H. AP04 (The Loop Hypothesis) carries the loop-closure step (Stage 6). The dark-sector partition is read consistently across AP29, AP41, and AP42.

11.6 — The 420 Code placement

AP41 is a chapter of Notebook VI (Cosmology), the dark-sector and loop chapter, drawing the channel count from AP28 (on AP10’s three dimensions) and feeding the split to AP42.

11.7 — How the 420 Code reads now

With AP41 in place, the body of work reads the dark sector as unbroken symmetry rather than missing matter, the visible 5% as a channel count, and the loop as observed astrophysics with one conjectural step. The most important open debt (the internal partition) is handed to AP42.

11.8 — The closing

AP41 identifies the physical instantiation of the governing axiom. Two numbers — α and 1/21 — answer two different questions about the same break. The visible universe is one electromagnetic channel out of twenty-one; the observed 5% is a count. The splinter reproduces the full architecture because the axiom has no scale. Every star is the break happening now; every black hole is the door; the loop is observed astrophysics with one conjectural step. Truth is frame-dependent because the break creates frames, and the ethic is grounded in the same mechanism: the capacity to choose is the capacity to couple irrationally, and that capacity permits both kindness and cruelty. The most fundamental act of kindness is the willingness to walk around the number in the sand.
